Nursing

Our hospice nurses are extensively trained in all areas of symptom management.  A hospice nurse coordinates the specific care for each patient.  This includes prompt relief of symptoms, teaching patient care, arranging for supplies and equipment, and providing support to patients and their families.  Nurses visit frequently, and are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week in case of emergencies.
