Medical Social Workers

Medical Social Workers are trained professionals who help families process the many changes that a terminal illness brings.  They help family members adjust to new roles and responsibilities as caregivers, explain financial and legal matters like Advance Directives, assist in life review, identify appropriate community resources and discuss options of care.
